We empower women of color to make changes from the inside out.

As a group of three black dietitians, our goal has always been to help women of color heal through food. We work with women to create a sustainable definition of health for themselves in a way that honors their boundaries, needs, and goals. We invite women to travel and join us on a journey to create balance in their lives and on their plates. Travel has allowed us to connect with food and culture in a way that has inspired growth and self-awakening, and we are determined to share that gift with the women we’ve been called to serve.

hey there

My name is Jillian!

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and public health professional who sticks by the motto: “Health, Wellness and Ease For All”. In the 9-5 world, I work with businesses to develop health and wellness programs through strategic partnerships and capacity building. I’m super passionate about collaborations that aim to improve the food environment to have a positive impact on nutrition behaviors and health outcomes. Creating curated wellness spaces and experiences through TCOW that inspire women to prioritize their health and give them the tools to do so brings me so much joy!

hey hey

It's Kamaria!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who advocates for healthy eating and chronic disease prevention at all stages of life. My background is in community nutrition, diabetes prevention, and nutrition equity. I love to cook, but even more so I love to eat DELICIOUS food! Do I think food should be nutritious…yes, but I need flavor in my life!  My passion centers around helping people explore foods, flavor, and health in (and outside of) the kitchen. I’m all about creating a space where people can connect bringing their culture, lived experiences, and love for food to the table.

Shamera here!

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a background in public health and diabetes education. Public speaking is my jam, and I have tons of experience planning, presenting, and facilitating health conversations.

There’s nothing I love more tha
n heart-to-hearts about self-healing. Food is a big part of the healing process, and I’m all about holding space for us to uproot old habits and rebuild our relationship with food, health, and self. We all deserve to be the fullest version of ourselves, and I can’t wait for us to uncover that together!
